Jennifer Furrier is the owner of Essential Organizing, a professional organizing and productivity consulting business that specializes in working hands-on with busy, disorganized business owners and professionals to organize their offices and their inefficient habits through simple, realistic organizing systems for managing time, paper, space and electronic information overload. She has worked and consulted with hundreds of people; turning piles of paper into organized files, and transforming habits into organized success. Jennifer is a powerful and entertaining speaker on the subject of time management, increasing productivity, paper flow, overcoming procrastination, keeping an organized office, task management, controlling and organizing email, and how to get and stay organized when you see yourself as a disorganized and crazy busy, ADD entrepreneur.

In 2005, Furrier received certification as a Productivity Trainer and Authorized Consultant while training with the Paper Tiger Productivity Institute. Since then, she is personally mentored by Barbara Hemphill, “America’s Favorite Organizer.” Furrier is an active member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), AZ chapter. In 2007, she was awarded NAPO-AZ’s Founder’s Award, for her work as the chair for NAPO’s Get Organized Month, as featured on ABC news channel 12. She has also contributed to articles for the Scottsdale Tribune, Phoenix Business Journal, AZ Republic, So Scottsdale magazine and BizAZ magazine.

It is no secret that Jennifer thinks systematically, and has been organized her whole life, though she can’t stand details and is off the charts with distractible energy. It is this unique combination of traits that enables her to fully understand her clients, and therefore help them with realistic solutions that will work for their mindset and personality, making the organization maintainable long-term. Jennifer strongly believes that organization increases people’s quality of life, by decreasing daily stress and giving back more control of time, enabling them to have more of what is most important in their lives. Her mission is to slow down people’s days, so they can be fully engaged in the great things life offers.
